The day of my first doctor appointment to confirm my pregnancy! It is a special day... I saw my baby's heartbeat for the first time. The same day I learned that my Grandma Amparo passed away.
And I was like hearing Alannis Morrisette singing... "Isn't it ironic? Don't you think??"
I was weeping at the doctor's office while I watch my baby's heartbeat. The news about my grandma was heartbreaking, but seeing a new life inside me is also uplifting.
