On 8/2/2015 my husband and I went to church a few miles away from our place. Unexpectedly while we were kneeling, I suddenly felt dizzy, I told my husband that I'm going to sit because of my dizziness then after a few seconds of sitting.... and the sound of the priest is getting tinier.. my vision is like getting darker and darker. I told my husband that I'm about to faint and need to get out of the church at once. I was able to manage to walk towards the exit and upon inhaling fresh air, it felt better.
One mistake I did was that I went to church on an empty stomach. I'm not sure what caused my syncopal spells, it could be hypoglycemia, or the church was not properly ventilated.. or maybe it was my blood pressure dropping.
I told my mom about it, told me that it does happen to her when she was pregnant.. I guess it runs in the family.
